Voice-note transcripts are heavily garbled: the first appears to say '10 acres' (conflicts with the typed '5 acres' - confirm extent with Jose); the second names a dealer 'Satish' as the source and mentions Gummidipoondi - possibly Sathish of GVK Enterprise (Redhills), attribution UNCONFIRMED - confirm with Jose.
