Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Elite FourSquare Realtors collects when you deal with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It is published under Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and serves as the notice required by Section 5 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
In the language of the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary — we decide why and how your data is handled — and you are the Data Principal. Terms not defined here carry the meaning given to them in that Act.

What personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to introduce a buyer to a seller and see a transaction through.
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and, where you give it, your company or firm.
- Requirement and enquiry details — the type of property you want to buy or sell, your budget or asking price, preferred locations, timelines and any notes you share with us.
- Property details you supply — the address, extent, survey or door numbers, photographs, videos, floor plans and brochures of a property you ask us to market, together with the location you share with us.
- Messages you send us — WhatsApp messages, voice notes and attachments sent to our company line, live-chat conversations on this website, emails and website form submissions. Voice notes may be converted to text so that we can record your requirement accurately.
- Transaction and identity documents — where a deal proceeds, title deeds, patta and encumbrance records, approvals, and identity or tax documents that you or your advocate provide for verification and registration. These may include sensitive personal data or information under the 2011 Rules; we ask for them only when the transaction actually requires them.
- Technical data — standard web server and hosting logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit.
We do not collect passwords, card numbers, bank account details or biometric data through this website, and we never ask for a one-time password (OTP) or the PIN of any account.
How we collect it
- Directly from you — the enquiry form on this website, WhatsApp, live chat, phone calls, email, site visits and meetings.
- From a person acting for you — your family member, colleague, advocate, architect or the mediator who introduced the property, where they share your details so that we can contact you.
- From publicly available sources — a listing you or your agent has already published, and public land or corporate records used to verify a property.
Why we use it, and on what basis
Under the DPDP Act we process your personal data with your consent, given when you contact us or ask us to act for you, and for the legitimate uses the Act permits, such as data you voluntarily provide for a purpose you have not objected to, and compliance with law. Specifically we use it to:
- respond to your enquiry and call you back;
- match buyers to listings and sellers to buyers, and share the details of suitable properties with you;
- arrange and confirm site visits, negotiations and documentation;
- keep an internal record of listings, requirements and the mediators involved, so that a property is not shown twice and commissions are attributed correctly;
- send you property alerts and updates where you have asked to receive them (see the next section);
- maintain accounts, respond to disputes, and comply with tax, stamp-duty, registration and other statutory obligations.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces a legal effect on you, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
WhatsApp and other messages we send you
Much of our day-to-day work happens on WhatsApp. We send property alerts, requirement matches and transaction updates only to people who have asked for them — by messaging us, by ticking a consent box, or by telling our team in person.
- Every marketing message we send carries our name and a way to stop receiving them.
- You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, by emailing info@elitefoursquare.com, or by telling any member of our team. We act on it without asking you for a reason, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give.
- Withdrawing consent stops future marketing messages. We may still contact you about a transaction already under way, and we may keep records we are required by law to keep.
- WhatsApp itself is a service of Meta Platforms. Messages you send us travel through Meta's systems and are governed by Meta's own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
Who we share it with
- The other side of a transaction — with your knowledge, we introduce a buyer to a seller (and their advocates or advisers). We share your contact details for this purpose only when you have asked us to proceed with a specific property.
- Mediators and channel partners — where a property or a buyer has been introduced through another broker, we share what that person needs to complete the introduction.
- Service providers (Data Processors) acting on our instructions — Netlify (website hosting and form capture), Google (Workspace, Drive and Sheets, where our listing and enquiry records are kept), Zoho (business email), tawk.to (the live-chat widget on this website) and Meta Platforms (the WhatsApp Business Platform). Each processes data on our behalf under its own contractual terms.
- Professional advisers — our advocates, auditors and bankers, where needed.
- Government and law enforcement — where disclosure is required by a law in force, a court order, or a lawful request from an authorised agency.
Transfer outside India
Some of the service providers named above store and process data on servers located outside India. The DPDP Act permits such transfers except to countries that the Central Government may restrict by notification, and we will comply with any such restriction if it is notified. Wherever the data sits, this policy continues to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as the purpose it was collected for reasonably requires, and for as long as any law obliges us to retain it. In practice: enquiry and requirement records are kept while your requirement is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us; records of a completed transaction are kept for the period prescribed by tax and registration law. When the purpose is served and no legal obligation remains, the data is erased. If you withdraw consent, we erase your data unless retention is required by law.
How we protect it
We follow reasonable security practices and procedures as required by Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 8 of the 2011 Rules, proportionate to the data we hold. This website is served only over HTTPS. Our listing and enquiry records sit in access-controlled Google Workspace accounts and a password-protected local database, available only to the members of our team who need them. Access to the employee portal is limited to named accounts. We review who holds access when people join or leave.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and each affected person in the manner and within the timelines the DPDP Act and its rules require.
Your rights
Under Sections 11 to 14 of the DPDP Act you may:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it, and the identities of anyone we have shared it with;
- Correct, complete or update data that is inaccurate or out of date;
- Erase your personal data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for and no law requires us to keep it;
- Withdraw consent at any time, as described above;
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
- Have a grievance heard by our Grievance Officer, named below.
To exercise any of these, write to info@elitefoursquare.com from the email address or phone number you gave us, or contact the Grievance Officer. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose one person's data to another.
The DPDP Act also places duties on you as a Data Principal: give authentic information, do not impersonate another person, and do not file false or frivolous grievances.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children. If you believe a child's data has reached us, tell the Grievance Officer and we will erase it.
Cookies, chat and analytics
This website does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Two third-party components set cookies or local storage in your browser:
- tawk.to live chat — to keep your chat session and history while you browse. If you do not start a chat, no conversation is recorded.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on this site are requested from Google's font servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and we use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which report aggregate search statistics and do not identify individual visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though live chat may not.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with Rule 5(9) of the 2011 Rules and Section 13 of the DPDP Act, the following officer will address any complaint about how your personal data has been handled:

Phone: +91 97517 55050
